Almost a month ago I posted on facebook the question "Which dishes would you like me share and make a video about?" The answers poured in and since then I've done two recipe videos. This is the second recipe I share. Cooking and being able to show the the process the natural flow that should exist when I am cutting, dicing and other parts of creating a dish. Then, editing, cutting, adding sound track and those things that come after recording but before publishing is another part of making videos that honestly turn off my joy when in the kitchen. However, a promise is a promise and I only hope by the time I am half way through the recipe requests I will have improve my video recording and editing technique.
Meanwhile, here's my most recent recipe. I use this sauce with the chilaquiles pizza at Cueva Bar Cafe. That picsa is available for dine in and also for take out or delivery.
