First world problems.

I believe it is safe to assume the United States is considered as a 1st world country because according to world population review dot com the US is on 12th place amongst other countries. I didn't add the page as a link so you wouldn't click by default. The page is not https based which means it's NOT SECURE. I clicked on it on my own will looking for information to back up my opening statement. If you want to look for yourself click here, where you'll find in part the image posted below:

Earlier this week I wrote a blog and shared my sentiments on the subject of Lebron James applying to Trade Mark #TacoTuesday. Today my amigo Daniel aka @followthecaptains on IG sent me updated news on this matter directly from ESPN's desktop. The Headline reads "LeBron's 'Taco Tuesday' trademark filing denied" I was surprised of the decision made by government officials at the USPTO.

One of Lebron's representatives said "Finding 'Taco Tuesday' as commonplace achieves precisely what the intended outcome was, which was getting the U.S. government to recognize that someone cannot be sued for its use,".

Last Sunday sir Daniel and I were engaging in healthy argumentation about Mr. James' decision to apply for the trade mark. Neither one of us knew really what his real intentions were but after the statement by what the spokesman said all I can say is:

Thank you Lebron for taking one for the team, or for all the businesses or Filming studios that use Taco Tuesday as a marketing strategy, or simply as part of a dialogue found on the story line.

Following Daniel's news came the image on the right. Funny thing is, remember my other blog this week about my experience playing basketball with Silver Lake Regional High School team The Lakers?

Well, I can rest now assured that I am able to use Taco Tuesday and I don't need to worry about getting in trouble.

Have a great rest of the weekend. I will be slinging tapas, pouring wine and local craft beer, having a great time at my second home with my team. Hope to see you there.
