Have you ever cooked with Mackerel? I did and it was fun, but it required a meticulous approach that I am sure that when practiced enough I could do it with my eyes open. No, you shouldn't do this with your eyes shut because the process of deboning this small fish variety requires a good sharp knife. The first time I ate Mackerel was at one of Toronado's beer pairing brunches. It was a recipe chef Nick Brune from Eco Caters prepared. It was delicious! The second time I had mackerel was at Soichi Sushi and it was also delicioso! It was after eating Mackerel one night sitting at Soichi's bar table that I decided I wanted to introduce it at Cueva Bar so I drove to the Tuna HarborDockside Market and got me 10 little fellas. Our happy hour is from Tuesday to Saturday from 4pm to 6pm. Happy hour offerings are $2 off all food on menu and $3 off all drinks by the glass.
