It seems many were surprised about the short lived rain we received from the skies yesterday afternoon in San Diego. But, did you see the rainbow? Are rainbows good luck or bad luck? Do you even believe in luck? Wanna go down the rabbit hole? I think there's a rabbit hole even when talking wine. That's how I feel every time I sit down for a tasting.
Every wine is different, even from the same wine if you consider a natural way of going about growing the grapes, in sync with the environment. I mean, do you want a wine that tastes consistently the same even if it tastes good? I believe this is where en gustos se rompen generos applies, and that's ok. I personally love tasting new wines. While wine is wine, there's an infinite ammount of combinations you can come up with. Think about terroir, precipitation, temperature, time of harvesting, coastal or inland, should I say more? Unlike a formal approach to all this information like Somms do, I like to enjoy the process at my own pace, with no expectations other than to enjoy the ride.

Our happy hour is from Tuesday to Saturday from 4pm to 6pm. Happy hour offerings are $2 off all food on menu and $3 off all drinks by the glass.
