Paty loves to cook our shrimp tacos. That's what she said when I asked her so I would include those words as lyrics in the tune shown below. Paty is a stellar kitchen team member you all! She shows up to work and is always smiling. She's timid though. When she's cooking your tapas, tacos or empanadas she does it with great attention and focuses so hard and hides by the corner in the prep table is difficult to see her from our dining room area. Needless to say, she's an essential part of our team and her car getting stolen is not cool. Maybe Chevrolet will pitch in and donate a Volt. Now that'd be pretty cool!
